Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Spaces & Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at BLANCO GmbH + Co KG. As a key member of our Global Brand Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing globally consistent brand identities, from strategy to operational implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement globally consistent brand identities, including brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless brand execution across all touchpoints, including physical and digital channels.
  • Manage trade marketing and shopper research, including trend analysis and benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of related activities within the marketing funnel.
  • Set up investment thresholds and KPIs for all related activities in all BLANCO markets in cooperation with international sales and local teams.
  • Enable and consult local and regional marketing/sales teams.
  • Further develop guidelines and KPIs for all physical customer and consumer touchpoints.
  • Process and budget responsibility for all material samples.
  • Manage trade marketing and shopper research; compilation of international trends and insights, implementation of digital tools at touchpoints as well as for tracking and benchmarking.
  • Selection and steering of suppliers and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Several years of work experience as a global trade marketing manager in relevant international companies.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of internationally consistent brand identities.
  • Excellent presentation and live communication skills, a team player and natural leadership personality.
  • Analytically structured way of working, data-driven mind-set and a hands-on mentality.
  • Class B driver's license.
  • Ability to lead internal cross-divisional teams and external partners both strategically and operationally.
  • Business fluent in English, fluent in German, additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, SAP, Windows Office (excellent PPT skills), Graphic Design software.
