Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Brand Spaces & Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at BLANCO GmbH + Co KG. As a key member of our Global Brand Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing globally consistent brand identities, from strategy to operational implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the BLANCO brand and its target audience to inform global brand identity and trade marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless brand experiences across all touchpoints, including physical and digital channels.
  • Design and implement trade marketing programs to increase efficiency and effectiveness of related activities within the marketing funnel.
  • Establish and manage investment thresholds and KPIs for all related activities in all BLANCO markets in cooperation with international sales and local teams.
  • Enable and consult local and regional marketing/sales teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and KPIs for all physical customer and consumer touchpoints, including POS, trade channels, mono-brand stores, fairs & events, and BLANCO Brand Experience Center.
  • Manage trade marketing and shopper research, compile international trends and insights, and implement digital tools at touchpoints for tracking and benchmarking.
  • Select and steer suppliers and agencies to support global brand identity and trade marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Several years of work experience as a global trade marketing manager in relevant international companies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing internationally consistent brand identities, from strategy to operational implementation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a team player and leadership personality.
  • Analytically structured way of working, data-driven mindset, and hands-on mentality.
  • Business fluent in English, fluent in German, with additional languages a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP, Windows Office, and Graphic Design software.
