Senior Commercial Director Vaccines

Are you a seasoned commercial leader looking to shape the future of vaccine commercialization? We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Director to join our team at GSK, driving strategic growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global commercial strategies to accelerate vaccine adoption and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute launch excellence frameworks, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional and local operating companies to implement consistent commercial approaches, driving consistency and discipline in our operations.
  • Develop and retain strong project management expertise, infused with launch excellence learning, insight, and best practice, to deliver ways of working that increase organizational expertise and consistency in bringing new medicines to successful launch.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of senior commercial experience, with a proven track record in vaccine commercialization and launch excellence.
  • Strong product launch experience and commercial support of assets through different stages of development.
  • Experience in regional or local operating company commercial roles in both sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent.
  • Accelerated Delivery Program (ADP) Practitioner.
  • Ability to influence, challenge thinking, and gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • A record of strategic thinking and disciplined execution.
  • Agile and distributed decision-making, using evidence and applying judgment to balance pace, rigor, and risk, governance, and control, managing ambiguity and paradox.
