LOBERON ist eine Lifestylemarke für hochwertige Möbel und Wohnaccessoires. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der sich auf die Betreuung unserer Großkunden spezialisiert hat.
Aufgaben- Wir suchen nach jemandem, der sich auf die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen spezialisiert hat.
- Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter ist für die Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung unserer Großkundenaufträgen verantwortlich.
- Er stellt sicher, dass die Auftragsabwicklung reibungslos und termingerecht erfolgt.
- Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter ist für die Serviceanliegen unserer B2B Kunden verantwortlich und handelt hier lösungsorientiert.
- Er übernimmt die Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Großkundenreklamationen und Gewährleistung.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Großkundenbetreuung oder im Sales Operations-Bereich eines B2B-Unternehmens.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Sehr hohe Kundenorientierung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen.
- Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen und vielfältigen Team.
