LOBERON ist eine Lifestylemarke für hochwertige Möbel und Wohnaccessoires. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter, der sich auf die Betreuung unserer Großkunden spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen nach jemandem, der sich auf die Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen spezialisiert hat.
  • Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter ist für die Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung unserer Großkundenaufträgen verantwortlich.
  • Er stellt sicher, dass die Auftragsabwicklung reibungslos und termingerecht erfolgt.
  • Der Vertriebsmitarbeiter ist für die Serviceanliegen unserer B2B Kunden verantwortlich und handelt hier lösungsorientiert.
  • Er übernimmt die Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Großkundenreklamationen und Gewährleistung.
Profil
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Großkundenbetreuung oder im Sales Operations-Bereich eines B2B-Unternehmens.
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr hohe Kundenorientierung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen.
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen und vielfältigen Team.
