Sales Operations Specialist

As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Grid Simulation Software business. Your primary responsibility will be to create and coordinate complex software proposals for global sales organizations, process orders, and deliver licenses. You will work closely with regional sales units and sales channels such as eCommerce to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital sales processes, focusing on workflow automation, CPQ, and e-commerce
- Support the development and standardization of terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in data management and work on data projects
- Manage area-specific key figures and create reports and analyses
- Conceptually contribute to topics related to the Xcelerator Marketplace, such as defining business requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales operations/internal sales or sales finance in international software sales
- Excellent knowledge of terms and conditions and license agreements
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Salesforce
- Experience in creating reports and analyses
- Significant IT project experience, ideally in digitalization in sales, subscription management, and/or e-commerce
- Strong communication skills in business proficient German and English, with intercultural competence
- Flexible working models, including 2-3 days of mobile working per week
