About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead our mobile application development efforts. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering high-value solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Empower product owners within your area, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Drive user-centered design, encouraging your team to iterate on problem-solving and delivering impactful solutions.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app area, with a strong track record of delivering complex products and executing product roadmaps.
- Excellent language skills, with proficiency in German required for collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading teams of product owners or product managers, and a proven ability to develop and support team members.
- Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration, with a strong understanding of user research and analysis.
- Stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy.
