About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our Group HR team, you will play a strategic role in collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment between business strategies and people management objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Partner with the Transformation Enablement team to drive cultural transformation and organizational change.
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate organizational restructuring, role clarity, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with CoE's to lead talent management processes, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Identify and address talent gaps and development needs.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion through various initiatives and programs.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or consultant in a dynamic, international environment, with deep knowledge in areas such as organizational development, talent management, change management, and employee relations.
  • You are an inspiring HR leader, able to assert yourself, unite and motivate team members, and thrive in a virtual matrix organization.
  • You are process-driven and data-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and financial acumen.
  • In your previous companies, you have worked with CoE's and HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors preferably).
  • You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest HR trends, practices, and legal requirements.
  • You are proactive, with a hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, and are persuasive and confident in discussions.
