Global HR Business Partner for Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to our Global Product Head in the optimal positioning, recruitment, and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs on HR matters that impact our organization's long-term success.
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and support our company's strategic objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement global talent strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational growth and effectiveness and drive initiatives to achieve these goals.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change and transformation efforts, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex global HR issues, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance workforce performance.
  • Global Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with international labor laws and regulations.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
  • Global HR Programs: Oversee the implementation of global HR programs, such as leadership development and training.

Requirements:

  • Business economist with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company.
  • Experience in a comparable company in the fields of employee support, recruiting, as well as personnel and organizational development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the respective products and their HR requirements.
  • Sound specialist knowledge of labor law, works constitution, social security, and contract law.
  • Experience in the implementation of HR projects.
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills as well as strong intercultural experience and skills.
  • Proactivity and a hands-on mentality.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
