- Employee Relations: Handle complex global HR issues, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and enhance workforce performance.
- Global Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with international labor laws and regulations.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
- Global HR Programs: Oversee the implementation of global HR programs, such as leadership development and training.
Requirements:
- Business Economist: Hold a degree in business economics or a related field, with several years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company.
- HR Experience: Possess experience in a comparable company in the fields of employee support, recruiting, and personnel and organizational development.
- Product Knowledge: Have comprehensive knowledge of the respective products and their HR requirements.
- Labour Law Expertise: Possess sound specialist knowledge of labour law, works constitution, social security, and contract law.
- Project Implementation: Have experience in the implementation of HR projects.
- Communication Skills: Possess confident demeanour and strong communication skills, as well as strong intercultural experience and skills.
- Proactivity: Demonstrate proactivity and a hands-on mentality.
- Language Skills: Have very good knowledge of English.
