Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of appointments and projects, as well as managing assistance within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project and event support.
- Assist in the development of presentations and documentation in both German and English.
- Maintain and manage relevant databases and contacts with commercial registries, legal professionals, and notaries.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including expense reporting.

Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as a legal assistant, industrial clerk, or similar) or a degree with a focus on business administration, commercial law, or related fields.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams) with a degree of IT affinity.
- Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
