ÜBER DIE POSITION:

Wir bei expertum GmbH suchen eine engagierte und qualifizierte Administrative Unterstützung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (70%) für eine befristete Anstellung. In dieser Rolle sind Sie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Teams und tragen zur Effizienz und Organisation innerhalb der Abteilung bei.

IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei verschiedenen administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Management von Terminen und Meetings, sowohl mit externen Partnern als auch für interne Veranstaltungen.
  • Sie koordinieren die Buchung und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen, Konferenzen und anderen externen Veranstaltungen.
  • Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie eng mit den Wissenschaftlern zusammen, um Bestellungen zu verwalten.
  • Sie organisieren den Versand und die Abholung von Materialien unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Vorschriften.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket und Concur mit.
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven Arbeitsweise, hoher Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Organisationstalent zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
