**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mühlbauer Group. As a Sales Manager for the MENA Region, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Middle East and North Africa.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Managing Director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity
- Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach
- Responsibility for new customer acquisition and support of the existing customer base
- Responsibility for results in worldwide markets of our solutions
- Lead employees on an international level
**Requirements**
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales
- Ideally, first management experience in a sales organization, preferably in the area of capital goods and government business
- Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in government contacts
- Excellent technical and commercial understanding, as well as the ability to look ahead powerfully
- Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company and willingness to travel
- Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
