About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the field. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the Cham and Roding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service
  • Work independently, using your own vehicle as your office, to visit customers and prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a field sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of the industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
