Our AmbitionAs part of our People and Organization (P&O) function, our global leadership team has set a new P&O Strategy 2030, aiming to co-own the overall Siemens transformation and enable our businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
Your New RoleWe are seeking a strategic digitalization partner to collaborate with our P&O Talent & Organization team, driving strategic initiatives and unlocking the full potential of P&O through the power of AI and innovative technology.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance our existing tech stack to create a reliable and cost-effective foundation.
- Create inspiring and motivational experiences that encourage personal growth and development.
- Align our digitalization strategy with business needs, focusing on Learning & Skills, Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development.
- Stay ahead of market and technology trends, providing valuable insights on their future impact on processes and portfolio offerings.
- Collaborate with the digitalization ecosystem to efficiently implement our strategy and align it with business priorities.
- Drive initiatives to timely completion, measuring their impact and taking data-driven actions to continuously improve.
- Lead and enable your team to achieve strategic and operational goals in a complex environment, promoting a culture of trust and empowerment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of various systems, including Learning Management Systems, the Learner Experience Platform, and interfaces to core systems.
- Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in our digitalization efforts.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
