Global Head of Payroll and Time Management

Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global payroll and time management function. As the Global Head of Payroll and Time Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall global payroll and time management strategy, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and delivering world-class payroll support and services to our 70,000 associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement our global payroll and time management strategy, aligning with our global business objectives
- Lead the global payroll transformation project to standardize and streamline our current set-up
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed securely and in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage and drive resolution in any escalated operational delivery risks or issues
- Manage and influence multiple stakeholders, including expectations
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent
- Many years of experience within HR, especially within Payroll and Time Management
- Experience in leading global teams and working in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing vendors from negotiating contracts to continuous improvement
- Proven experience in leading a Payroll Transformation project
- In-depth experience with major Payroll and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization, including senior management
- Keen business acumen and ability to collaborate successfully with stakeholders from all management levels
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to operate successfully in an international context
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think out of the box and take a proactive approach to implementing innovative ideas
- Ability to work with people from other cultures and develop trusting relationships by sharing and seeking input
