About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Payroll and Time Management to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global payroll and time management strategy, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and providing world-class payroll support and services to our 70,000 associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our global payroll and time management strategy, aligning with our global business objectives
  • Lead the global payroll transformation project to standardize and streamline our current set-up
  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed securely and in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Manage and drive resolution in any escalated operational delivery risks or issues
  • Manage and influence multiple stakeholders, including expectations
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Many years of experience within HR, especially within Payroll and Time Management
  • Experience in leading global teams and working in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing vendors from negotiating contracts to continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in leading a Payroll Transformation project
  • In-depth experience with major Payroll and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
