Join Our Team as a Global Sales Manager for Green Hydrogen Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Green Hydrogen Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a global sales organization, coaching and developing sales teams, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets and drive growth in orders
  • Build and manage a global sales organization, including coaching and developing sales teams
  • Work closely with the Head of Hydrogen and Other Verticals to develop business strategy and bring insights into customer needs and trends
  • Manage global team coordination towards focus market areas, plan sales volumes and potential of target customers, and coordinate CRM for forecasts and planning
  • Develop strong industrial networks and relationships with end users, EPC, and electrolyser OEMs
  • Conduct sales activities in support of the strategy, investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities for the customer-related product and service portfolio
  • Prepare and negotiate projects and proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical/automation engineering and a power system engineering background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager towards a process industry market segment
  • Clear understanding of the End User, EPC, and Product OEM roles in project development
  • Knowledge of hydrogen production with electrolyzers and the hydrogen industry and its value chain
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with good communication and social skills
  • Fluent German and English, verbal and written, with a working knowledge of French or Spanish an advantage
  • Motivated to travel frequently
