Global Head of Digitalization for Talent Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Head of Digitalization for Talent Management. As a key member of our People and Organization (P&O) function, you will play a critical role in driving our digitalization strategy and transforming the way we manage talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the P&O leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy for talent management, aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions to enhance the learner experience, improve learning outcomes, and increase the efficiency of our learning management systems.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery of digital solutions.
- Represent P&O Digitalization in internal and external forums, showcasing our expertise and initiatives to drive exchange and collaboration with the network.
- Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on talent management and learning.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret data, and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect the dots and align different perspectives towards a common goal.
- Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.
- Strong financial competence, with the ability to manage budgets and understand the financial implications of vendor agreements.
- 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
