Job Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for the introduction and application of lean methodologies within our production framework to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement lean strategies and principles to optimize business workflows.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members across various departments to foster a deep understanding of lean concepts and ongoing enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to synchronize improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing processes and procedures in our dynamic business environment, devising effective strategies to elevate operational performance.
  • Ensure scalability of our processes and lead the deployment of new IT functionalities from initial specification through to successful implementation.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in lean management, preferably from a start-up, consultancy, fast-paced company, or the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong change management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex datasets.
  • Proactive approach, ownership mentality, agility, and a strong focus on solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is advantageous.
