We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our growth efforts in the German-speaking region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our acquisition strategy for small and medium businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and leading high-performing sales teams. They will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to activation across key regions, products, and verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Leadership: Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives expansion in the German-speaking region.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Market Responsiveness: Analyze market trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly to optimize growth.
  • Innovation and Optimisation: Develop playbooks and best practices to achieve operational excellence and clear go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to develop innovative services and products tailored to property providers seeking flexible housing solutions.
  • Insight Sharing: Provide valuable insights to other departments to ensure provider satisfaction and retention.

Your Profile:

  • Proven success in selling with experience in acquisition strategy development.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on leadership experience, including team coaching.
  • High self-standards that promote an environment where team members feel confident to take risks.
  • Mentoring and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and expanding a strong team.
  • Strong experience in cross-departmental collaboration with a focus on common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and an investigative mindset for identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Good writing skills and professional proficiency in both German and English.
