About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of Sales and Business Development to join our team at DemoUp Cliplister. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth, identify market opportunities, and set sales objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Establish a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching. Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Development: Set up a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for the sales team and track progress. Implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
  • Key Accounts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals. Ensure terms are favorable for both the company and the customer.
About You
  • You have strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • You have proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in eCommerce.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
  • You are proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • You speak business fluent English and German. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • You ideally have an academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
