Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target potential clients across various industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and expand large existing accounts, leveraging your industry knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges within your vertical.
- Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your expertise and thought leadership.
- 10+ years of new business development experience focused on selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services.
- Proven track record of success in achieving $5M+ sales quotas annually.
- Strong sales experience with skills in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating, and closing contracts.
- Ability to engage and influence VP and C-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
