Werde Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und unterstütze als "Strategic Account Executive (m/w/d) - Key Accounts" das Vertriebsteam bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer wichtigsten Kunden.

Du bist in der Abteilung "Strategic Account Management" tätig und fungierst als kompetente/r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere bedeutendsten Kunden. Durch aktives Zuhören, professionelle Beratung und Verhandlungsgeschick positionierst Du unser Strategic Account Management als bevorzugten Partner in einem anspruchsvollen Marktsegment.

Mit Deinem Engagement trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei, den Arbeitsmarkt der Zukunft zu gestalten – damit er für alle funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

Gemeinsam mit den Key Account Managern agierst Du als zentraler Ansprechpartner*in für unsere strategischen Kunden Du berätst auf Augenhöhe die Tochtergesellschaften namhafter Unternehmen hinsichtlich der Nutzung unserer Dienstleistungen Durch die Analyse von Kennzahlen und Kundendaten sowie die Ableitung und Umsetzung notwendiger Maßnahmen förderst Du die tiefere Integration der strategischen Accounts Du baust nachhaltige Beziehungen auf, hörst aktiv zu, agierst als Stimme der Kunden innerhalb der Stepstone Organisation und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Lösungen Wir sind nur als Team stark, daher wirst Du von verschiedenen Schnittstellen (Key Account Managern, Vertriebsstrategie, Business Consultants usw.) unterstützt

Qualifikationen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb - idealerweise mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung großer Bestandskunden Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit lösungsorientiertem Denken und Handeln Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick, Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten
