Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, die unsere Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen.
  • Führe interdisziplinäre Teams durch den Venture Building Prozess, von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung.
  • Identifiziere und analysiere Kundenbedürfnisse und Trends, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Entwickle und testet digitale Produkte und Lösungen, um unsere Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen.
  • Erstelle Entscheidungsvorlagen und pitcht diese vor internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Kommuniziere mit Stakeholdern und entwickle Beziehungen, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Verbessere kontinuierlich unseren Venture Building Prozess und entwickle ihn aktiv weiter.
Voraussetzungen
  • Ein Studium im Bereich Business, Entrepreneurship, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Venture Building, Entrepreneurship oder vergleichbaren Feldern.
  • Tiefes Verständnis von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und unternehmerischem Mindset.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren (Corporate) Start-ups oder selbst gegründet.
  • Theoretische und praktische Erfahrung mit Lean-Start-up und agiler Produktentwicklung.
  • Fähigkeit, quantitative und qualitative Daten zu strukturieren und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, auch in komplexen Strukturen.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Ideen verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Kenntnisse von Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Miro.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift.
