Around Ventures is an innovative early-stage venture builder located in Hamburg. Our compact and committed team is dedicated to assisting startups and corporations throughout the venture building journey. We see ourselves as both a strategic and operational facilitator, focusing on key areas such as product development, market entry strategies, fundraising, team assembly, and business operations.

As we advance with thrilling venture concepts, we are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join us at this pivotal moment, contributing to the transition from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

Numerous ideas and initiatives are circulating within our ecosystem. As a member of our small team of Venture Architects, you will play a crucial role in the ideation process. This involves assessing ideas, analyzing markets and competition, and collaborating with internal or external experts to gather initial customer and market feedback, refining ideas towards achieving product-market fit.

  • Assist projects from research during the ideation phase to scaling operations in growth mode.
  • Present findings in a clear and actionable format (e.g., presentations, mind maps).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
  • Initial work experience in a relevant field is appreciated (e.g., consulting, startups, fundraising).
  • Proficient in creating presentations and business cases.
  • Confident in making bold decisions.
  • Technical knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong command of both German and English languages.
