Orbit ist der Corporate Venture Builder, der hoch skalierbare und nachhaltig erfolgreiche Geschäftsmodelle gemeinsam mit den führenden Unternehmen der deutschen Wirtschaft entwickelt und inkubiert. Wir bauen unsere disruptiven Ventures als eigenständige Start-Ups auf, die durch die Assets unserer Corporate Partner von einem klaren Unfair Advantage profitieren. Auf dem Weg zum Launch identifizieren wir Marktpotenziale, entwickeln ein tragfähiges Geschäftsmodell und überzeugen Vorstandsebenen, in die Ausgründung eines Ventures zu investieren.

Während der Umsetzung erarbeitet unser Venture-Team den Product-Market-Fit. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit realisieren wir einen MVP, das wir inkrementell weiterentwickeln und in den Markt skalieren. Unser Team besteht aus Venture CEOs, Venture Architects und interdisziplinären Digitalexpert: innen aus Product, Design & Tech. Deine zukünftigen Kolleg: innen haben bereits digitale Geschäftsmodelle mit Millionen aktiver Nutzer am Markt etabliert.

Aufgaben
- Du analysierst Märkte, Venture Capital Ströme und sozioökonomische Veränderungen
- Du entwickelst Business Opportunities, leitest diese strukturiert her und überführst sie in überzeugende Business Pitches
- Du führst Nutzer
- & Stakeholder-Research durch
- Du erarbeitest Produktmechaniken und Geschäftsmodelle mit belastbaren Business Cases (Investitionsrechnung)
- Du validierst Ansätze von Produkten & Geschäftsmodellen
- Du konzipierst Markteintrittsstrategien
- Du erarbeitest aussagekräftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Investitionsentscheidungen auf Vorstandsebene
- Du erweckst das Business operativ zum Leben, indem du alle Aspekte des Betriebskonzeptes für den initialen Launch sicherstellst
- Du bist der Problemlöser für alle üblichen Herausforderungen, die ein Unternehmensaufbau mit sich bringt

Qualifikation
- Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der digitalen Management-Beratung, im (Corporate) Venture Building, im New Business Bereich eines Corporates oder im Aufbau eines erfolgreichen Startups
- Du bist unternehmerisch getrieben und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis
- Du bist erfahren im Prozess “from scratch to market traction”
- Du reflektierst Deine Entscheidungen kontinuierlich im Hinblick auf Nutzer
- sowie Marktbedürfnisse und priorisiert diese bezogen auf die Wertschöpfung unseres Kunden und Auswirkungen auf unser Business
- Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du hast die Methodik von Design Thinking & Lean Startup verinnerlicht und bereits nach ihr gearbeitet
- Dein handelst stets pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert
- Für dich ist es selbstverständlich, dich kontinuierlich auf neue Denkweisen und Situationen einzulassen und es reizt dich, deine Fähigkeiten und dein Wissen weiter auszubauen
- Du trittst selbstbewusst und überzeugend auf, bist ein starker Kommunikator & Team-Player mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
- Du agierst eigenständig und hast den Mut, Entscheidungen zu treffen und daraus zu lernen
- Excel, Powerpoint und die Grundlagen der Wirtschaftsmathematik sind deine Freunde
