Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at BRUNA The Label. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Acquire Influencers: Research, identify, and acquire potential brand ambassadors for our jewelry brand, both in the DACH region and globally.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including budget negotiations and collaboration with influencers.
- Performance Analysis: Create detailed campaign reports based on relevant KPIs, identify optimization potential, and ensure knowledge management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to drive influencer marketing as a performance channel and contribute to growing numbers of new customers.
- Process Improvement: Question existing structures and processes, and bring in new ideas to further improve our influencer marketing efforts.
- Industry Analysis: Continuously observe and analyze the industry, and bring in new approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, preferably at a brand, agency, or platform.
- Education: Successfully completed a degree in digital marketing, social media marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Relevant experience with measurable new customer acquisition in influencer marketing, dealing with common social media platforms, budgeting social media campaigns, and using influencer tools and databases.
- Language: Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
