About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Freda. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing plans that align with our overall brand objectives, ensuring performance-driven decision making to continuously refine our approach.
  • Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Team: Work closely with our influencer marketing team to identify and engage authentic creators with strong communities who align with our brand values and strategic goals across various platforms.
  • Build and Maintain Partnerships: Establish and maintain close and long-term partnerships with our creators, leading negotiations with creators and agencies, and managing the entire partnership process.
  • Manage Expectations and Performance: Clearly manage the expectations of creators and agencies, providing constructive feedback on performance to ensure successful and economically viable partnerships.
Requirements
  • Proven Success in Influencer Marketing: Demonstrated success in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment in Germany, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns that drive growth.
  • High-Performing Team Player: Proven experience thriving in a high-performing team and a passion for supporting team members' professional growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending and performance.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with creators and agencies that align with brand values.
  • Collaborator: Exceptional communication skills that enable effective collaboration with internal teams and departments, fostering a unified approach to influencer marketing strategies.
  • Negotiator: Proven ability to secure the best possible terms for collaborations that benefit both the influencer and the brand.
  • Well-Connected: Established network in influencer marketing, particularly those with audiences that are male-leaning, aged 25-45 is a big plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is a must.
