About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at JUNIQE. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, driving traffic and sales to our website, and increasing JUNIQE's brand awareness in the international market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and sales to our website through scouting and building relationships with influencers.
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate with influencers to increase JUNIQE's brand awareness and establish the company as a leading online shop for inspiring home accessories and personalized products.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven strategies to optimize results.
  • Best Practice: Collect and share knowledge on influencer marketing best practices, developing and implementing processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.
Requirements
  • Deep Understanding: Have a deep understanding of the influencer landscape and current social media trends.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Be results-driven and innovative, with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Have strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: English is our office language, and proficiency in German is a plus.
