We are seeking a:

Head of Influencer Marketing (m/w/x)

The Role

At The Female Company, we are committed to cultivating a robust community-focused and educational brand across all platforms while leveraging data-driven insights and performance metrics.

As our Head of Influencer Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a team of three influencer specialists
  • Engaging macro influencers and high-profile personalities for both performance-driven and branding initiatives
  • Incorporating our influencers and collaborators into co-branded offerings and events
  • Enhancing key performance indicators such as ROAS, AOV, and customer acquisition
  • Optimizing the customer journey from influencer outreach to landing pages and product selections
  • Conducting analysis and generating reports
Your Profile
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing (experience in D2C, beauty, or health sectors is advantageous)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for execution
  • Fluency in German, as you will oversee the DACH region
