Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will take charge of influencer campaigns independently across significant accounts. You will collaborate with a diverse team, including strategy, creative, production, and digital marketing, where you will serve as the primary contact for influencer-related activities on the accounts.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about influencer marketing and possesses a solid understanding of the creator landscape, with a comprehensive grasp of the digital ecosystem across various social platforms. You should be exceptionally organized and prioritize a client-centric approach.
Your role will involve leading and executing influencer campaigns, continuously optimizing performance while identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement. Strong communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple teams, both internally and externally with clients. You will leverage research and insights to inform influencer and social media strategies in partnership with our strategy team. Previous experience in influencer, social, or digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms is required.
You should be well-versed in influencer marketing best practices and adept at collaborating with talent and creators to develop outstanding digital marketing campaigns. Autonomy, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while prioritizing effectively are crucial for contributing to ambitious growth objectives. If you are analytical, data-driven, and passionate about influencers and creators, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution, management, and quality assurance of multiple social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with social, creative, production, and cross-functional teams to integrate and enhance influencer strategies within overall social media and advertising plans.
  • Work with various teams (Clients, PR, Legal, Content) to negotiate influencer agreements, secure deliverables, and maximize impact.
  • Engage with influencers and creators, including celebrities, and/or their management teams to establish successful partnerships for clients.
  • Manage influencer selection, development, and presentation for the approval process.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for contract drafting, revisions, and signatures.
  • Draft campaign briefs in collaboration with strategy, creative, and production teams and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Conduct quality reviews of influencer content to ensure final deliverables align with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets while ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Develop content schedules, influencer content timelines, and review creative assets (visuals and copy) to provide strategic feedback.
  • Handle influencer budget and financial requirements from project initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Insights team to establish KPIs, optimize campaigns during execution, and provide insights for benchmarking expectations and goals. After project completion, assist in analyzing campaign performance and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • 1+ years of professional marketing experience managing influencers and engaging in paid content collaborations, as well as other partnership types.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build, execute, and manage mid-large influencer marketing programs and budgets, including overseeing multiple influencers, creators, talent, and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the influencer/creator industry, utilizing data and consumer insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing/advertising technologies (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Taggr, Traackr, etc.).
  • A keen eye for quality content and storytelling.
  • A strong personality capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in direct communication with clients.
  • Solid understanding of the creator landscape and talent agency networks within EMEA, particularly in Germany/DACH.
