Finance Trainee Program

Position Overview:
As a Finance Trainee (m/f/d) within the Controlling and Accounting sectors, you will embark on a comprehensive journey to enhance your financial acumen. This program is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about financial matters and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Assist in the management of operational tasks related to ongoing accounting processes, annual financial statements, and consolidated accounts.
- Engage in cost accounting and budgeting activities.
- Explore different areas within controlling, accounting, and treasury.
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports.
- Participate in project-based tasks within controlling, accounting, or treasury, as well as interdisciplinary projects.
- Obtain insights into sales and procurement with a focus on finance-related topics.
- Contribute to annual planning and quarterly/half-year forecasts.

Your Profile:
- A completed commercial degree, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting.
- Initial professional experience in finance, ideally through relevant internships, is advantageous.
- A completed commercial vocational training is beneficial.
- Strong affinity for working with numbers and financial topics.
- Ability to work independently, characterized by proactivity, assertiveness, commitment, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
