Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digitalization Project Manager to join our Process and Digital team within Offshore Execution organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and implementing AI at scale to unlock the power of data along the OF projects value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assessment of current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Scope, plan, and execute internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Project Execution organization.
- Track project progress, adoption rate of intended changes, and identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Develop, implement, and own change management framework.
- Facilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or digital product management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations.
- Good understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
