Become a key player in our organization as a Digital Transformation Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the implementation and integration of digital workflows at Leben mit Behinderung Hamburg, collaborating with essential stakeholders including staff and clients.
  • Assisting various departments in the selection and deployment of sophisticated IT solutions.
  • Formulating project proposals, conducting technical feasibility studies, and performing site, economic, and needs assessments.
  • Crafting comprehensive project plans aligned with strategic objectives and overarching organizational goals.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engaging in ongoing knowledge exchange with data protection, compliance, IT, and other relevant departments.
  • Coordinating, managing, and overseeing both internal and external project resources.
  • Providing guidance and support to departments as needed.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation of all project activities.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent technical/commercial training with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Cloud and Digitalization projects and IT project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructures, centralized software operations in data centers, and Cloud services.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a quick adaptability to new topics and technologies.
  • Proficient communication and facilitation skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and a structured, analytical approach to work.
