As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Creating work schedules and managing employee leave requests
  • Training new staff and apprentices to uphold our standards
  • Conducting regular inventory assessments
  • Maintaining attractive product displays and a well-curated assortment
  • Ensuring the store's presentation aligns with our quality expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail, ideally within the organic food sector
  • A strong enthusiasm for natural products
  • Excellent sales abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Prior experience in team leadership roles
  • Self-driven and accountable
