Business Development Representative

At IU Internationale Hochschule, we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our B2B Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential business partners through various channels and platforms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth
- Collaborate with the B2C Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and a unified sales approach
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
- Completed business education or degree
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
