At IU Internationale Hochschule, we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our B2B Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential business partners through various channels and platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with the B2C Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and a unified sales approach
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Completed business education or degree
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
