Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our People & Culture team. As a Support Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, developing and executing a robust talent acquisition strategy, and overseeing all HR operations. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success
  • Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across all functions
  • Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and managing employee relations
  • Set clear people KPIs and lead your team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our mission and values, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Create and implement comprehensive employee development programs to support individual and team growth, including performance reviews, mentorship, and training initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in building and scaling a company from early-stage to late-stage growth
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and experience building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Sound knowledge of German and international labor law as well as experience with international legal entity structures and EOR providers
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Excellent communication skills, even in challenging situations
  • Hands-on mentality, determined and assertive mindset with focus on company goals
  • Near native / business fluent (C2) written and spoken English
  • German and other language skills are a plus
