• Extensive experience as a Director of Logistics or senior-level logistics leader within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of European logistics landscapes, particularly in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.
• A track record of managing logistics transformations, driving operational excellence, and managing large teams.
• Expertise with logistics technology solutions, including ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage change.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (German, etc.) are a plus.
