Job Title: Technical Relationship Manager

At IGEL Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Technical Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging your technical expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a customer-facing position.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with virtualization technologies, networking concepts, and directory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
