Wir suchen einen engagierten Client Relationship Manager, der die Betreuung unserer Partnerkunden übernimmt, nachhaltige Beziehungen aufbaut und die Verkaufsziele durch effektives Beziehungsmanagement fördert.

Ihre Aufgaben als Client Relationship Manager
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bestehender Kunden in allen Belangen bezüglich unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Erkennen von Möglichkeiten für Upselling und Cross-Selling sowie die Entwicklung entsprechender Verkaufsstrategien
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Kundenbesuche, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und maßgeschneiderten Lösungskonzepten
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie des persönlichen Netzwerks
Ihr Profil als Client Relationship Manager
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenmanagement oder Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Abschlussstärke
