Job Title: Technical Relationship Manager

At IGEL Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Technical Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing technical expertise and support to ensure their success with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including knowledge transfer of IGEL products and functionality.
  • Assist with the escalation of support incidents through resolution and provide guidance on technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support or account management role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of virtualization technologies, including Citrix, VMWare, and Microsoft AVD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous innovations and changes in the industry.
