HR Operations Student Assistant

Overview
As a vital member of the HR team, you will collaborate closely with the HR Coordinator and HR Manager to implement our talent and culture strategy effectively. Your role will involve enhancing HR processes and advancing people operations, supporting our diverse teams across multiple global locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR & Admin team.
Ensure accurate and consistent employee data management across all platforms.
Participate in the recruitment process for new hires and interns, including job advertisement creation and candidate sourcing.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns. - Assist with administrative tasks related to the Marriott integration process.
- Develop and maintain HR-related communications on the internal social intranet.
- Aid in the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with the IT team on administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support for reception duties and manage coordination of replacements when necessary.
- Conduct research on assigned projects.
- Create and update internal documentation and presentations using Keynote.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR or administration is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Demonstrated analytical and administrative capabilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
