As we expand, we are seeking a Student Assistant in Venture Capital Operations (8-16 hours per week) to assist with our operational needs, allowing our investment team to concentrate on discovering and collaborating with Europe's most extraordinary entrepreneurs while crafting an outstanding VC product and experience for founders.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Role
As a Student Assistant in Venture Capital Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of Revent Capital: maintaining a well-organized office environment and supporting various operational, accounting, and administrative tasks. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage deeply with the operational side of a venture capital firm and to help coordinate both internal and external events.
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure a well-structured workspace.
- Assist with various operational functions, including human resources, bookkeeping, preparation of presentation materials, and investor communications (such as coordinating mailings and marketing collateral).
- Support the planning and execution of both internal and external events.
- Collaborate across departments, providing assistance to our research and investment teams.
Eligibility
This position is tailored for students seeking a part-time role for a minimum of 12 months. Fluency in both German and English is essential. We are committed to fostering a diverse workplace and encourage individuals from various backgrounds to apply.
