Position Overview:
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in various HR functions while contributing to our dynamic and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Support: Assist HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with essential tasks, including drafting employment contracts and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to refine candidate pipelines and improve recruitment strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with employees and candidates to ensure smooth HR processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Cross-Departmental Learning: Engage with various departments to understand their hiring needs and contribute to solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Holistic HR Insights: Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and suggest improvements, gaining a deeper understanding of HR's strategic role.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week.
- A collaborative team player who can work independently and maintain an organized approach.
- Experience with HRIS is advantageous for HR Operations roles.
- Familiarity with ATS is beneficial for Talent Acquisition tasks.
