Established in 2016, we have rapidly become a key player in the mobility industry, recognized for our agility and forward-thinking approach. Our platform allows users to effortlessly rent vehicles or secure parking spaces across various cities.
Following our merger with SHARE NOW, we have enhanced our presence, operating in 16 cities across Europe and North America with a fleet of approximately 10,000 vehicles, including a significant portion of electric options. Our services are accessible in 30 languages and 26 currencies, with millions of users and numerous partners relying on us.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations in Berlin, with additional involvement in Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Support: Assist HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with essential tasks, including drafting employment contracts, managing amendments, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Work alongside our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on initiatives aimed at optimizing the recruitment process and enhancing candidate experiences.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with employees, managers, and candidates to ensure smooth HR operations and an outstanding candidate journey.
- Cross-Departmental Learning: Engage with various departments to understand their hiring needs and contribute to solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Holistic HR Insights: Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and propose enhancements, gaining a deeper understanding of HR's strategic role.
Your Profile:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Available for at least 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Preferred: Experience with HRIS for HR Operations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ATS for Talent Acquisition.
