We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) to support our HR Operations team in Berlin, with a focus on enhancing our Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Support: Assist HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with essential tasks, including drafting employment contracts, managing amendments, and ensuring adherence to company policies through regular follow-ups.
- Talent Acquisition: Work closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on initiatives aimed at refining the candidate pipeline, improving job advertisement strategies, and analyzing recruiting metrics to enhance the candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication with employees, managers, and candidates to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to an outstanding candidate experience through proactive engagement.
- Cross-Departmental Learning: Gain insights into various departmental functions by participating in their hiring activities, understanding their challenges, and contributing to solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Holistic HR Insights: Attend weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and propose enhancements, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR's strategic role in organizational success.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Available for at least 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week.
- A collaborative team player who is capable of working independently and in an organized manner.
- Experience with an HRIS is advantageous for HR Operations.
- Familiarity with an ATS is beneficial for Talent Acquisition.
