Client Success Lead for Supply Solutions

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new clients across various sectors in the DACH region while advocating for our premier AI, Analytics, and Data Management offerings (SaaS + On-Premise)
- Oversee the complete sales process, manage tender submissions, and lead intricate contract negotiations with executive-level decision-makers
- Facilitate customer demonstrations and meetings, tailoring discussions with personalized product showcases
- Work in close collaboration with Presales Consultants and the Marketing department
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor for prospective clients throughout the sales journey
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows and events
- Continuously enhance customer partnerships through Up- and Cross-Selling strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, ideally within Software Solutions, Online Marketing Solutions, or Web Content Management
- Proficient in presenting confidently and empathetically across all leadership levels, including C-Level executives
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for customer acquisition
- Experience in partnering with collaborators to attract and support new clients
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach, organized and capable of prioritizing tasks
