Position Overview

As a Lead Customer Success Strategist at Predium, your primary focus will be to foster exceptional client experiences. This pivotal role is essential for enhancing client relationships and ensuring elevated levels of client satisfaction. You will engage collaboratively with our product and sales divisions to assimilate client insights into product innovation and execute solutions tailored to client requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the principal liaison for clients, pinpointing opportunities to boost client satisfaction and cultivate enduring relationships.
  • Formulate and execute strategies that empower clients to optimize their use of our offerings and realize their business objectives.
  • Attain expertise in sustainability and real estate, guiding organizations in navigating carbon reduction initiatives, clean energy solutions, and decarbonization efforts.
  • Track client product engagement and evaluate their success to deliver targeted recommendations.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to ensure client feedback is seamlessly integrated into product evolution.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in client relationship management within a rapidly expanding B2B software firm or consultancy.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
  • A strong commitment to combating climate change and making a significant impact.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
