Logpoint, a prominent name in the cybersecurity sector, is on the lookout for a talented professional to enhance our vibrant team. We welcome applications from various locations.

Role Overview: In this pivotal position, you will be an integral member of the global Customer Support & Operations team, delivering specialized assistance to enterprise clients utilizing Logpoint's BCS for SAP solution. Your main objective will be to ensure clients maximize the productivity of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business and security needs into actionable analytics within the Logpoint SIEM solution, leveraging our BCS for SAP integrations to gather logs and telemetry, and to alert on any concerning activities.
  • Manage the technical relationship with existing customer accounts utilizing Logpoint SAP solutions, working closely with the Sales team account owners.
  • Develop expertise in the Logpoint SIEM solution and our SAP integrations, assisting clients in addressing their SAP security challenges.
  • Contribute actively to the development and dissemination of SAP knowledge within Logpoint, as well as with partners and clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, enabling clients to derive maximum value from Logpoint and SAP solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in customer-facing projects, with a focus on analytics and the ability to present findings in a clear and professional manner.
  • Capability to work independently while proactively contributing to a global team environment.
  • Understanding of SIEM, Cyber Security, Operating Systems, and Networking.
  • Current knowledge and interest in industry trends and emerging threats.
  • Proficiency in the German language is a plus.

Additionally, you should have experience with SAP in advisory, architectural, implementation, or support roles, and possess an understanding of various SAP architectures, including SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and Netweaver (ABAP and Java).
