Your Role

As a Management Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist management in organizing and coordinating various tasks and schedules, ultimately contributing to the overall productivity of E-Lyte Innovations GmbH.

Your Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    • Generate invoices for accounts receivable using SAP
    • Process payment transactions and assist in the dunning process
  • Accounts Payable Management:
    • Input and record accounts payable invoices in SAP
    • Assist in the reconciliation of account statements
  • Reconcile data within Excel spreadsheets
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and the implementation of new procedures
  • Oversee office management and provide support for various administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintain master data in SAP and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist in controlling functions
Your Qualifications
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship
  • Experience in accounting practices
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Fluent in German
  • Preferably, knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
